Rolex GMT-Master first arrived at the scene more than half a century ago in 1954. They were intended to facilitate the airline pilots who had to travel across the continents in long flights frequently. The problem for them was to keep up with different time zones while jumping from one time zone to another. No watches were capable of showing multiple time zones back then, so Pan-Am Airways put up a joint effort with Rolex, and together they came up with a stunning solution.
These watches have an additional hour hand to keep track of a second time zone. The specialty of this extra hand is that it rotates only once in every 24 hours. The bezel is bi directional and it is marked with hours 0 to 23. Along with the salient features, these watches have pure class and elegance written all over them. They look stunning. Some of the models have multicolor bezels, which looks pretty cool. There are quite a few models available to choose from; you are not supposed to face any problem in picking up your favorite one.
The soaring popularity of these watches has caused them to be replicated in huge numbers. These fake Rolex GMT-Master watches are astonishingly spurious. It is rather impossible for naïve eyes to see the difference. Most importantly, they have a pretty low price tag associated with them which is within the range of the majority. That makes them a very good choice indeed.
