There are so many types of sleep depend upon the time we sleep. For example, cat nap, nap and so on. A little sleep taken after taking lunch or sleeping in day time is called nap. Like that, we have so many definitions to explain sleep. It is vital for best physical condition. Our brain requires rest for some hours to work again well. For that only we are sleeping. Always sleeping also leads to obesity problem especially women. Everyone should sleep 6-8 hours per day. Sometimes little sleep results in lethargy. If we not slept properly, we will be feel very tired in the day time and may be snore always. Nowadays, most of the people affected asleep taking pills to sleep. Instead of that, we can prefer doing meditation like that. From that, we can easily sleep; also we can avoid side effects from taking sleeping pills. It is important eating too much in night time. It leads to asleep. It is better to our health avoiding sweets, caffeine and chilly products in dinner. It is very important sleeping in absolute darkness. If we feel asleep it is good to move up and work out something rather trying to sleep. But, daily we should at least 6 hours.

We have so many ways to live healthy life. However, people still living with ill without following the ways. To live the life peacefully, everyone should restrict themselves from some habits. Like smoking, drinking and so on. Even standing nearer to a smoking person is equal to smoking. During building or constructing a sweet home, we should concentrate on ventilation facilities. It is necessary having more number of windows for free ventilation. In night time, people try to open a window for ventilation purpose. Because, nowadays people have the habit of burning mosquito coils in their home to sleep well. To allow the burnings from the coil outside we should open the window.  It is good not frequently changing the toilet soap. It leads to avoid some skin diseases like rashes and so on. Especially in rainy season, we should be very careful with our surroundings. Using a kerchief while others sneezing or coughing is one of the best precaution measures among all to control the spreading of infection. In summer season, eating watermelon and cucumber is best for to control our body heat. It is necessary eating those things raw. Those who are affected from cold should meet doctor because it gets severe. These are some of the tips for to avoid season diseases and live healthily.
