Restrictions to lead Healthy life

In this world, there are so many ways to prevent diseases and to live healthy life. Some of them are taking bath twice, brushing teeth twice and having some restriction while sneezing, snoring, coughing and so on. As for as taking bath twice is concerned, it controls our body heat and manages it. Also, it is the best way to avoid skin diseases like rashes and removes all the dust particles to make skin silky. It gives a fresh look to other. In olden days, there are some restrictions shown. They are getting up early in the morning before the sun rises and sleeping 6-8 hours per day. If we get early in the morning we can inhale fresh air, that is unpolluted air. Also praising the sun while rising will lead to our good eye vision. Like that, we have so many ways and restrictions to lead healthy life. But, following those things is not possible today, because of the changed life style. There are person who are working in night time and sleeping in day time for earning money and they are the victims here. They never live healthy life in their old age. They cannot even spend the earned money for their enjoyments. They spend it for medical expense. It is really very bad for them.

Importance of Fruits and Vegetables

In olden days, people take fruits and vegetables are their major food without cooking. They have just integrated with the natural environment and lived a long life. But, nowadays the average life span of a person reduced to 6O. It is because of the pollution and artificial living. Most of the people die in their young age. The youngsters mostly prefer fried and cooked fruits and taken it as a major source. It is unchangeable that all the needed minerals and vitamins are hidden in fresh fruits and vegetables. People prefer to intake it in the form juice and cooked vegetables. While cooking most of the vitamins and minerals get diluted. Like that, because of the addition of too much of sugar or saccharine in juice people suffer from diabetes. Those who are suffering from digestion problem can take fruits like banana, apple, and grapes to cure it. Those who want a shining skin can apply lemon on their skin. Those who want to avoid eye spectacles in their old age can practice themselves to eat carrot every day. It is a good habit of dining fruits at night rather than eating cooked or fried foods. So, everyone should taste the fruits and vegetables for to enjoy the gift of nature.

Apart from keeping our body healthier, it is necessary to keep our mind healthier. That is, how to control our anger, how we should be in the critical situations, what are the things we should follow to become a great personality, how to develop our confidence level using our talent, how our mindset should be and so on. Finding answers for all these questions leads to good mind health. There are many types anxiety treatments are available. Among them, the best way is meditation to overcome our anxiety or anger. Anxiety is inevitable to everyone towards something at some point in our lives. We should remember the works done in anxiety would not be succeeded. Like anxiety, depression is another dangerous one. It is important curing depression. It affects especially the teen age people health than the others health. It is somewhat fearful that 10 in 100 people suffer from depression. We can hear about the suicide attempts in newspapers. It all because depression. Another important challenge for mental health is fear. Fears keep us from living the life we want. There are person exist in the world who fear for nothing or no matter. They just fear for nothing. So it is necessary not only keep our body also we should have mental health. Then only, we can face the world and enjoy a lot.

Smoking is very dangerous one to everyone, not only the one who smokes. It mainly affects one’s lungs. Air gets polluted because of smoking. There are so many awareness programs are shown every day against smoking. But, still some people smoking and kill themselves slowly. They have just addicted with it and not get the fear of lungs cancer. Due to the growing number of smoking persons, government has banned smoking in public. By that we can avoid and save others from suffering. After some years, an e-cigarette was found. It looks like a real cigarette, but it is a battery operated device and smoke like a cigarette. In that, there is no tobacco and other cancer causing agents. Also it is safe for the environment. The main benefit of e-cigarette is that people can light up anywhere in the public. A study done by CDC says each day there are up to 4,000 teens under age 18 starts smoking. In that, nearly 2000 teenage students get addicted with it and become a regular smoker. These kinds of habits cause lot of damages to our body. It starts is damage from chronic cough. Later it will get severe leads to lungs cancer. To prevent the children from smoking in the future, each parents should educate about the dangers of smoking.
